Checking In On Your Pet:
In your absence, we encourage you to contact us as often as you wish, either by phone or email, to see how your pet is doing. Being a pet owner ourselves, we understand how important it is to be reassured and feel comfortable that your pet is being lovingly cared for while you are away.
Things you can do to help ensure the best of care for your pet and home:
Please leave the following in a convenient place:
. Food, treats, special medications, vitamins, etc.
. Paper towels
. Fresh litter, litter pan liners (if used), litter box scooper
. Plastic bags for disposal of waste
. Old towel for wiping off muddy paws
. Notes with special instructions
Having a pet should not prevent you from traveling and doing the things you want to do. We believe that kennel boarding of pets produces unneeded stress, tension and anxiety for both pets and their owners. It is a much better option for them to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own home and be on their regular eating, playing and sleeping schedule.
